If you want some free stickers from Sk8trip.com, do the following: Grab two envelopes and make one out to us and make one out to yourself. Put a stamp on the one you made for yourself and place it inside the envelope you made out to us. Drop it in the mail and your done. We only accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa and Mastercard. No checks, no money orders, no CODs and no cash. Is it safe to use my credit card with sk8trip.com? Sk8trip.com is committed to providing our customers with a secure shopping environment. Therefore, whenever you purchase from Sk8trip.com, we protect you and your credit card information by using a secure server. For example, a browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure." What are you return and exchange policies? To return an item, you must return the unused merchandise in new condition within 30 days. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date All items must be unused and in like-new condition Clothing must be unwashed All shoes must be unlaced and unworn Videos and ramp plans must be unopened Shipping Your Return to Us - Easy as 1-2-3! 1. Simply pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible. Sk8trip.com When we receive the return and have determined that it has not been used, we'll refund your credit card account for the full amount, minus the shipping charges (unless it's our fault that you're returning the merchandise). If the item is an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. What are your US & Canada Estimated Shipping Times? US Orders Packages are shipped out on Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on holidays or weekends. USPS orders have to be placed by 8am in order to be shipped the same day. We guarantee you satisfaction with any purchase made from Sk8trip.com. If you are not happy with all or part of your purchase at Sk8trip.com, we will refund or credit your credit card account, or exchange the merchandise. All returned items must be unused. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. Videos must be unopened. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. All skateboards must be un-skated and in like new condition. Note about Decks: all decks will break eventually. If you feel that your deck has broken as a result of a manufactures defect, please contact us for instructions on how to file a claim.
